Attendance punches derive a daily status against a working-day calendar; leave requests route to a manager and reflect in the calendar once approved.

Is there time tracking?
Not per-task timers. Attendance is punch-based and derives a day status; deliverable tracking is by pipeline stage, not hours.
Can I see profitability per client?
You can see retainer value per client and income in Accounts. Full per-client P&L is on the roadmap.
Does it replace project management tools?
For agency deliverable work, largely yes. For complex multi-month builds you may still want a dedicated PM tool alongside.
