The attendance register nobody updates and the payroll spreadsheet nobody trusts both get replaced here. ThodaLogic Ops records punch-ins as events, derives each person's status against a real working-day calendar, and generates payslips from the same data.

What you get
Event-sourced attendance
Every punch is a timestamped event; status (present, late, half-day, WFH) is derived, so corrections don't overwrite history.
Agency working-day rules
Sundays, 2nd and 4th Saturdays and holidays are non-working by default, with a noon rule for half-days and a configurable late grace period.
Leave requests & approval
Employees request leave from their own view; managers approve or reject from the HR page, and it's reflected in the day's status.
Payslips built in
Generate a branded payslip PDF from a salary record — same visual style as the invoice PDF.
Common questions
Is there biometric or geofenced punch-in?
Not in v1 — punches are recorded in-app. The model is built to accept other punch sources later.
Are directors tracked for attendance?
No — the director role has full access but is deliberately excluded from attendance tracking.
