Integration

Shopify sales in the client report

For agencies running commerce clients, the monthly question is simple: did the work move revenue. ThodaLogic Ops connects the client's Shopify store and puts revenue, orders, AOV and new customers next to the social and web numbers, compared to the previous period.

How it works

  1. 1Admin connects the client's Shopify store (OAuth).
  2. 2First sync backfills up to ~12 months of orders (subject to Shopify's 60-day protected-data limit).
  3. 3Pick a range; revenue/orders/AOV + top products compute for it.
  4. 4Share alongside GA4 and Meta in one report.

What you get

Per-store OAuth connection

An admin connects the client's Shopify store once. Orders are aggregated into daily revenue/orders/items; a nightly sync keeps it current with a per-client "Sync now" on demand.

Commerce KPIs with a comparison

Revenue, orders, average order value, items sold and new customers — each shown against the equal-length window before your selected range, so "up 18%" means up on the real previous period.

Top products by range

Product rankings are derived per day from the orders themselves, so top products for a 28-day and a 12-month report are different lists — aggregated for exactly the dates you picked.

Common questions

Does it need write access to the store?

No — read scopes for orders, products and customers.

Why might older orders be missing?

Shopify only returns orders older than 60 days once the store has granted "protected customer data" access. The report states the coverage it actually has.

One store per client?

Yes, one Shopify store per client record.
