One monthly report, built from the client's real data

Client reporting eats a day a month per client: log into four dashboards, screenshot, paste into a deck, and hope the "vs last period" numbers are right. ThodaLogic Ops connects the sources once and keeps the report current — with the maths done properly.

How it works

  1. 1Connect the client's GA4 / Meta / Shopify.
  2. 2First sync backfills about 12 months where the provider allows it.
  3. 3Pick a range; KPIs, trends and rankings compute for that window.
  4. 4Share the portal link, or use the internal Reports tab in your review.

What you get

Sources connected once, per client

Google Analytics 4, Instagram + Facebook Page, and Shopify connect per client through OAuth. A nightly sync keeps them current; a per-client "Sync now" pulls just that client on demand.

"Previous period" that's actually the previous period

The comparison is your selected range against the equal-length window immediately before it — not a first-half/second-half split of the range. Where there isn't enough history yet, the report says so instead of showing a fake number.

Rankings that respect the range

Top pages, channels, posts and products are aggregated for exactly the dates you picked — a 28-day report and a 12-month report don't show the same list. Rate metrics (engagement rate, session duration) are handled as rates, not sums.

A client-facing view

The same report is available in the client's portal, so the monthly send can be a link rather than a rebuilt deck. Every block shows last-synced time and data coverage.

Common questions

How far back does history go?

The first sync backfills roughly 12 months (GA4 and Shopify in one pass; Meta walked in 30-day windows). After that, daily snapshots accrue and are never pruned, so ranges keep getting more complete.

Can I white-label the report as a PDF?

The report is a live view today (internal tab + client portal). A branded PDF export is on the roadmap.

What if a client only has one source?

That's fine — each source renders independently, and the report only shows what's connected.
