Deleting your Instagram / Facebook data

When an agency connects a client's Instagram Business account and its linked Facebook Page to ThodaLogic Ops, we store a long-lived access token (encrypted) and periodic follower / reach / post-performance snapshots, used only to render that client's report inside our app. We never post on your behalf and never sell or share this data.

Remove it any of these ways

1. In the app — open the client, go to the Reports tab and click Disconnect. The access token and all stored metrics for that connection are removed immediately.
2. From Facebook — remove ThodaLogic Ops under Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites. Facebook notifies us and we disconnect and purge that authorisation automatically.
3. By email — write to privacy@thodalogic.com and we will delete everything tied to your account within 30 days and confirm.
