GA4, turned into a client report

A GA4 property has everything and surfaces nothing quickly. ThodaLogic Ops connects it per client and renders the parts a client actually asks about — sessions, users, conversions, engagement — with the comparison maths done right.

How it works

  1. 1Admin connects the client's GA4 property (OAuth).
  2. 2First sync backfills ~12 months of daily metrics + breakdowns.
  3. 3Pick a range on the client's Reports tab.
  4. 4Share it internally or via the client portal.

What you get

Connect per client via OAuth

An admin connects the client's GA4 property once. A nightly sync keeps it current; a per-client "Sync now" refreshes just that client. Tokens are encrypted at rest.

Metrics a client understands

Sessions, total users, new users, pageviews, conversions, engagement rate and average session duration — each with a true previous-period figure (your range vs the equal window before it). Rate metrics are averaged as rates, not summed.

Range-aware top pages and channels

The breakdown is stored as a daily series, so "top pages" for a 28-day report and a 6-month report are genuinely different lists, aggregated for the dates you chose.

Roughly 12 months of history

The first sync pulls about a year in one request; after that daily snapshots accrue and aren't pruned. Every block shows last-synced and how far back the data goes.

Common questions

Universal Analytics or GA4?

GA4 only — it uses the GA4 Data API.

Does it need edit access to the property?

No — read-only analytics scope is enough.

One property per client?

Yes, one GA4 property per client record.
