1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how ThodaLogic Ops ("we", "us"), operated by Udyansh Gulati, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Service. It applies to Workspace admins, team members, and Client Portal users.
2. Information We Collect
Account information: name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text) when you sign up or are invited to a Workspace.Customer Data: the clients, content, invoices, attendance records, and other business data you enter into your Workspace. This belongs to you — see our Terms of Service.Billing information: subscription and payment status. Card and payment details are handled entirely by our payment processor, Razorpay — we never see or store your card number.Usage data: basic technical logs (timestamps, IP address, actions taken) used for security, debugging, and audit-log features within the product itself.
3. How We Use Information
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; process payments and manage subscriptions; send transactional emails (invites, notifications, invoice reminders) via our email provider, Resend; keep the Service secure and prevent abuse; and respond to support requests.
4. Data Isolation Between Workspaces
Every Workspace's data is isolated at the database level using row-level security, so one organization's data is never visible to another. Client Portal users only see data explicitly scoped to their own client record.
5. Third-Party Processors
We share the minimum necessary data with the following processors to operate the Service:• Razorpay — payment processing and subscription billing.• Resend — transactional email delivery.• Our hosting infrastructure providers, to run the application and database.We do not sell your personal information or Customer Data to third parties.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your Workspace is active. If you cancel your subscription or delete your Workspace, we will delete your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, database-level tenant isolation, and role-based access control. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Cookies
We use a single essential session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Workspace admins can manage most of their own team's and clients' data directly within the product.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 18.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or an in-app notice.
