Solution

Every post from brief to posted, across every account

Social media agencies live in the gap between "the client asked for this" and "it's live." ThodaLogic Ops owns that gap: a defined pipeline, an internal check, the client's own approval, and a per-platform posted checklist — for every account you run.

How it works

  1. 1Connect each client's Instagram + Facebook Page.
  2. 2Brief the month's posts; festivals fill in the recurring ones.
  3. 3Team works the capped queue; internal review clears each item.
  4. 4Client approves in their portal; you tick platforms as they go live.
  5. 5The client's monthly report is already built from synced data.

What you get

A pipeline that knows what's urgent

Brief → Done → Client review → Approved → Posted, with priority recomputed live from each client's remaining runway of approved content. The same priority number shows everywhere, so nobody argues about what to pick up next.

Approvals clients actually use

Clients approve or request changes in a portal scoped to only their content. Every decision is logged with who and when, so "we never approved that" conversations end.

Reporting per handle

Connect the client's Instagram and Facebook Page and the report shows followers, reach, impressions and engagement with a true previous-period comparison, plus top posts ranked for the selected range. History backfills ~12 months on first connect.

Festivals & occasions

Flag a festival once and generate an unassigned draft item for every relevant client, with target platforms pre-filled — instead of manually creating fifty near-identical tasks.

Common questions

Which platforms are supported for reporting?

Instagram Business/Creator and the linked Facebook Page today, plus Google Analytics and Shopify for clients who have them. More sources are on the roadmap.

Can I use my own pipeline stage names?

Stages are fixed in v1 because the priority and review logic depend on them. Custom fields for other metadata are available.

Does it post for me?

No — it tracks the workflow and a per-platform posted checklist; publishing stays in your scheduler.
