Content pipeline

Your team always knows what's actually urgent

When ten clients each need a dozen posts a month, "what do I work on next" becomes the hardest question of the day. ThodaLogic Ops answers it with a priority engine that ranks work by how much approved content each client has left in the bank — not by whoever emailed most recently.

What you get

Auto-priority, recomputed live

Every item's priority is derived from the client's remaining runway of banked content and never stored stale — the same number shows everywhere in the app.

Brief → Done → Client review → Approved → Posted

A defined pipeline with a two-gate review: an internal check, then the client's own approval, each logged with who and when.

Per-assignee queues

"My work" shows each person their next few items within a daily focus cap, so the queue is a plan, not a wall.

Festivals & occasions

Flag a festival and generate an unassigned content item per relevant client in one action, with target platforms pre-filled.

Common questions

Can I use my own status names?

The pipeline stages are fixed in v1 because the priority and review logic depend on them. Custom fields for other metadata are on the roadmap.

Does it post to social platforms for me?

No — ThodaLogic tracks the workflow up to and including a per-platform "posted" checklist. Scheduling/publishing stays in your scheduler of choice.
