A template is three independent choices — layout (eight, from a clean minimal sheet to a bold accent header), colour theme (fourteen palettes) and font — plus a gallery of ~40 named presets. Set one as your workspace default; override it on any individual invoice. Every design renders to a real PDF, not a screenshot.
GST-ready, with your branding
Business name, address, GSTIN, logo and bank/UPI details sit on every invoice. Add GST at your rate; the subtotal, tax and total are computed for you. Payment terms and due dates are first-class fields, and each PDF carries a stable invoice number.
A portal your clients actually use
Each client gets a login scoped to only their own invoices — they see what's outstanding, download the PDF and pay online. No chasing PDFs over email; no client ever sees another client's billing.
Books that keep themselves
Mark an invoice paid and the income posts to Accounts automatically, so your paid/unpaid ledger and a running profit-and-loss are always current without a second app or a spreadsheet reconciliation.

Common questions
Do I need to be an agency to use TL Invoices?
No. It's sold as a standalone product for freelancers, consultants, studios and small businesses — anyone who bills clients. The full agency workspace (content, projects, team, reporting) is a separate plan you can move up to any time.
How many invoice designs are there really?
Eight layouts × fourteen colour palettes × three fonts — a few hundred combinations — plus about forty curated presets in a quick-pick gallery. You can also mix any layout, colour and font yourself.
Is it GST-compliant for India?
It produces GST-ready invoices with your GSTIN, a configurable tax rate, and the tax/subtotal/total broken out. It is not a filing tool — it's the invoice document and the ledger behind it.
Can clients pay online?
Clients view and settle their invoices from a portal scoped to only their own billing.
