Work that ranks itself
Each item's priority is computed live from the client's remaining runway of approved content. The queue is a plan, not a wall — and it re-ranks itself as work is approved and posted.
A capped daily queue
"My work" gives each person only their next few items within a daily focus cap, so a designer or editor sees today's work, not the entire backlog.
Internal check, then client approval
An item moves through an internal reviewer and then the client's own approval in their portal. Every state change is logged with who and when; the client only sees their own content.
Content bank + post tracker
Approved-but-unposted work sits in the bank as runway; the post tracker is the checklist for getting it live across the client's channels on the right dates.

How is priority decided?
By how much approved content each client has left in the bank. A client running low rises to the top automatically; it isn't a manual drag-and-drop order.
Do clients see the internal steps?
No. Clients only see items that reach their approval step, and only their own.
